Dungeons and Dragons (D&amp;amp;D) is a role-playing game that usually has a &amp;quot;Dungeon Master&amp;quot; (narrator) that takes a team of players through scenarios where they attack monsters and go on quests.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Often, there will be semi-random events: e.g., when attacking a monster, often, a player would roll a dice and deal damage based on what that dice returns. D&amp;amp;D also uses a variety of dice, from regular D6 (6-sided, cubic dice) to other polyhedral dice, with the number of faces denoted by DX (e.g., D10 is a 10-sided dice, with numbers from 1 to 10 on it). Common sets include: D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, and D20&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
With these, you can simulate events with a wide variety of denominators. In this case, Cueball gives a combinatorial problem:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* If you have 10 arrows&lt;br /&gt;
* 5 of which are poisoned&lt;br /&gt;
* And you randomly take two&lt;br /&gt;
* What are the odds that neither of them are poisoned?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
There are: &amp;quot;10 choose 2&amp;quot; (45) ways to choose two arrows, of which there are &amp;quot;5 choose 2&amp;quot; (10) ways to choose 2 arrows that are non-poisoned. As a result, the odds of taking all non-poisoned arrows is 2/9.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Dungeon Master in this case has to map that probability into rolling multiple dice, whose sums are also not evenly distributed: i.e. if rolling 3D6 (3 six-sided dice) and a D4 (1 four-sided dice), the sums can range from 4 to 22. It's pretty hard to do this in one's head, but it does happen that the odds of rolling 16 or more with this combination is 2/9, matching the probability that we want to simulate.&lt;br /&gt;

In this comic, Megan mentions that you can find the chemical formulas for chemicals online, and that they spend a lot on fancy chemicals. Bizarrely, she suggests that &amp;quot;they can assemble&amp;quot; their chemicals themselves. When Megan says this she is holding a sheet that contains the chemical formula for {{w|nitrobenzene}}. This would be difficult without some fancy chemistry equipment.{{citation needed}} This formula also adds to the humor because the synthesis of nitrobenzene is highly exothermic{{citation needed}} and thus extremely dangerous, and gives a reasonable response to Cueball's comment as to why more people don't &amp;quot;manufacture&amp;quot; their own chemicals.&lt;br /&gt;

In hospitals, saline (and urine) bags are also soft, flat, rectangular bags with the end of a an IV drip connection tube sticking out. {{w|Saline (medicine)}} solutions are usually about 1% sodium chloride (table salt), so would taste fairly salty compared to a Capri Sun which is mostly just sugar. It's also possible the bag is a urine bag with urine from a patient, which would likewise be salty as the function of {{w|Urine|urine}} is to filter out excess salts and substances from the body.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The title text is pointing out that mistakenly drinking saline ''out'' of the bag like a Capri Sun is better than a Capri Sun being put ''into'' a patient's body, similar to a saline IV drip, as this would like seriously endanger, if not kill, the recipient. The speaker appears to be using this as a justification for their actions, since their incompetence was, while inexcusable, at least not actually deadly to anyone. The security mentioned in the title text are likely not impressed by this, as hospitals are places where the act of pretending to be a doctor has the potential for many dangerous outcomes.&lt;br /&gt;

That is defenitely a urine collection bag from the end of a catheter. The colour would make it doubly &amp;quot;mistakable&amp;quot; for a Capri-Sun with primary flavour/colour being orange.
