	You can take a screenshot of your screen (at least in Android) and then read the image with your qr-reading-program.  I think that most phones and computers are kind of shoddily programmed, like the developers never take enough time to think of conveniences or solve problems.  ::Putting a QR Code on a webpage wouldn't make sense in the first place, unless it is intended to be read by smart phones. But I don't think it would be very hard to implement.
