-: I would agree that Steve should be considered a character. Besides this comic, we have Resonance, Los Alamos, Adam and Eve, Women on 20s, and Viral Vector Immunity. In all these comics besides Adam and Eve and Viral Vector Immunity, he seems to be strongly disliked by his colleagues, which suggests that Steve is not simply being used as a placeholder name but rather represents an actual character.
