An ''iota'' is not an ''in''-considerable amount, but the ''smallest possible'' amount, so named because ''iota'' is the smallest letter in the Greek alphabet (''Ι'' or ''ι''). Hence, when people say, for example, “not one iota of evidence” they are saying the equivalent of “not one shred of evidence” — that is, there isn’t even the smallest piece of evidence.  "Colocated" is technically misspelled (it's either "co-located" or "collocated"), though that could be for the sake of matching it to "Colorado."
