 I think this refers to the fact that casper mattresses, meundies and stamps.com are heavy advertisers on many podcasts, and that podcast advertising is often made by the host and mixed with actual podcast content.

 :There is no way that this is referencing Postmates.  It's definitely Stamps.com -- which advertises on nearly every podcast I listen to.  It also makes more sense -- the Stamps.com ad directly references avoiding going to the post office.
