The sense in which Randall uses "SMFW" is most closely matched by the phrase "My face when..."; therefore, a semantically correct version of the comic text using an existing acronym would be "MFW an acronym ''almost'' makes sense."  This could be extended to "See My Face When an acronym ''almost'' makes sense." The acronym could also be interpreted as "Shaking my face when", "So much for work", "Shake me for when", "So much fun when", and so on.
