Explanation
In the comic, one man angrily asks "Where's my fucking jacket?". Normally, one would attempt to provide information on where the jacket is.
The second man, however, has taken the adjective "fucking" to mean that he has a "fucking jacket", separate from his normal one. He thus answers that is next to the first man's normal one. The first man is confused, so the second one dismisses the subject. Kind of a waste of time, really.
