This refers to {{w|David Caruso}}'s character's habit of making a quip during the {{w|cold open}} of {{w|CSI: Miami}}.  The one liner is emphasized by him dramatically pulling off or putting on his sunglasses upon the final (and usually punny) word or phrase, whereupon the show breaks into the title sequence: the song {{w|Won't Get Fooled Again}} by {{w|The Who}} which starts with the word "YEEEEAAAAAAAH."
