Perhaps one should mention that Narnia is a retelling of the Christian tradition. Aslan created all 'dimensions' or worlds including ours and is the allegorical Jesus. Narnia is a wonderful world, at least most of the time, when there are no witches, where people are able to prove more noble than in the real world.
