Other major components of plants (and all life) are proteins, which are also composed of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen (derived from air and water), as well as nitrogen. Nitrogen is also extracted from the air, but not directly by plants. Instead, they largely get it from bacteria, either in soils or colonizing the plants themselves, as in legumes.
