Certainly true for Twitter where it's either public or private. (Nothing about 300, but the amount of requests one can accept over a lifetime is finite.) Randall screwed up the text, likely because he's a socialist who doesn't understand how capitalism works. The proper tooltip text should be "How about posts that are public, but every time a company accesses a bunch of them, they are charged $5/image for the privilege and $.05 per picture gets deposited into your online account?"Seebert (talk) 18:11, 1 February 2019 (UTC)
