Anyone else catch that?

I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, but I do not understand why this is the case.
 
I mean, the different LEDs of the monitor ''are'' beaming on their own after all, so why should the sum of their lights not arrive at a surface in the same order as it is on the screen, so that you would see a "projection"? {{unsigned ip|162.158.18.16}}
 
 
Could somebody remove the question above? I understand now, why monitors do not project images as a whole.
