I can officially refute the mouseover text. Ever had wood alchohol? don't. Your body metabolizes it into poison, and can cause bildness is small doses(~2-4 fluid ounces), depending on weight, physical health, and other factors, and death in larger doses. {{unsigned ip|‎173.245.54.

Randall is quite possibly referring exclusively to Ethyl Alcohol, which is that which develops naturally in alcoholic beverages. Wood alcohol is an ungodly mixture of Ethyl, Methyl, and Isopropyl alcohol, the last two of which is inherently strongly toxic. Note: Ethyl = Ethanol, Methyl = Methanol. 108.162.242.15 00:57, 1 July 2015 (UTC)
Yes for sure he is referring to the "alcohol" in Tequila vs. that in beer (or wine or whiskey etc). Of course the same amount of alcohol would affect you in the same way, but only under the circumstances that you have the same amount of water and at the same rate. People also often end up drinking much more alcohol when drinking licker and tequila is easy to drink fast, especially when using body shots etc. So this is why it is known to make you more drunk... --Kynde (talk) 20:33, 24 July 2016 (UTC)
