As you appear to be (self-admittedly) new, you probably should stop removing the Incomplete tags altogether. Doing so is a rather advanced choice, certainly not something anyone new should do (I've been on here at least 5 years, maybe more, and I've STILL never added, adjusted, or removed the Incomplete tag. At most I might COMMENT that I think it's done). The usual cycle is to leave the tags up as a reminder - and flag - that the explanation is rather new and still in flux/adjustment, and leave it for a while. When the explanation stabilizes, someone more thorough than us checks that and THEN removes the tag (I presume). I think tags are usually removed within a week. The gag ("Added by whatever") is meaningless, don't mind it, but the tag is important and - as stated - shouldn't be removed too easily, and not so unilaterally. Just because it seems complete to one person doesn't mean someone else might not find something lacking or unclear still (for example, through discussion on one comic I once learned that "bleachers" is a North American term and someone elsewhere requested the word be clarified in the explanation, otherwise I would have found the explanation quite complete without explaining the word). Relax, and let the system keep working! :) I discovered your vanda- uh, work - when someone left a comment (currently commented out and only visible through editing) on Only Serifs trying to clarify things for you and finding no Talk Page (this) on which to talk to you.
