:Yes, I did create those templates, and it is pretty easy to make one. For example the citation needed template: (<sup>[[[285: Wikipedian Protester|''citation needed'']]]</sup>) In order to use this text many times, instead of typing the wikitext code and all the syntax for it, you can simply create a template of it ([[Template:Citation needed]]).
