(+174) . . 3195: International Station (Not a lot of time to spare, but "Welcome to North Point" etc is a reasonably common location name so it makes it sound as if "Exclamation Point" is a place within the space station (ex where the first astronaut went up and said "Oh my god, I'm in space!"))
