I'm quite new to Explain XKCD, having briefly brushed upon it back when Click and Drag came out, and checking it regularly since the already-legendary Time. On the other hand, I've read all of the comics multiple times and also follow What If? and whatifnumbers. Randall's sense of humor is grand and I think I've grown accustomed to his way of thinking, so I believe I'll be able to contribute to the Explain XKCD project.
